Hotel Mittal Inn

Basically there was absolutely nothing for me to like.

It was not worth of the value at all. Location and the standard was no way near it was promised or shown to be. Very noisy, staffs were tricky. Dirty. Towels, linens, toilet everything was below par than the booking.com standard.

Nothing liked the worst, poor...

Managers was so rude and the way he is talking was totally road side Gunda, cheap method manager working there, didn't get single support and lots more to say but don't want to waste my time, Just a suggestion don't go to this hotel they're just looting people and service is 3rd class, managers are 3rd class...

No toiletries - they claim to give you toiletries. dirty door mats. Poor quality slippers in the bathroom. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Had it been less expensive I dont mind this crack but for the money I paid it was of poor quality. The bedsheets were dirty

Location of hotel is good but from hotel to dargah on construction...(road was no well).

High price of hotel (no arrangement). ..food tasty is fair, as compared from other hotel is very costly.....Pls donot book Taxi for targarh . comission of hotel also included...(900)...

The room was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty and the pillows were filthy. The morning breakfast place was a surprise as we found the place filthy and the hotel employees were still sleeping there.

Great stay, comfort rooms . easy to travel to Darga

The family ac rooms have old ac. They are in very bad condition. And there is huge difference in online and offline price. Opt for offline booking.

Working staff is good , but the receptionist was so rude , not responding on question

The room was very dirty. I booked for 5 person they give me 4 person room. Dont go on images of room , it was totally different. Location was inside from main dargah Road.On asking to change the room , they r not responding properly .It was very bad experience .

Most pathetic, unprofessional and unhygienic place I have ever visited

The photos do not match the actual state of rooms at all. It’s a scam. These rooms are available for less than Rs. 1000 per night but I was fooled into booking it for Rs. 2500 per night. I thought that I would get premium service as I am paying extra but the rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic. There were more than 50 cockroaches. We checked in at 4.30 pm and rejected 3 rooms as they were very dirty. Finally we selected one room and kept our bags and left for Dargah visit. When we returned back to the room there were cockroaches everywhere. They showed us 4 more rooms and asked us to change our room but every room was filled with cockroaches. There were food stains all over the bed sheets and pillow covers. Obviously we couldn’t sleep with cockroaches so we decided to leave the hotel. It was 1 am at night and the hotel staff coaxed us that if we don’t pay the entire tariff they won’t let us go. They blackmailed us that they will call the cops. There were 2 women who were treated disrespectfully at 1 am and we had to run from pillar to post looking for another hotel. Worst experience ever. They compelled us to pay 60% of the tariff saying that they have to pay that amount to booking.com.

The Staff's are very generous.Specially Mr Arvind and Sharma ji, both are very kind and helpful. Good service with honesty.Liked it.

Breakfast is little bit testy but it will be improved by adding some masalaas. Room was specious and bed has also enough space for two persons. Staff is very obedient and friendly nature.

In the room fan is not properly working and makes very noise when fan is on. Intercom in not in working condition.Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Every water taps are in leacking condition. Water shower was not in working condition.

Cleanliness was not upto mark and service of staff was not good.

Staff was fantastic & very polite. Mainly Ramzan bhai. They gave best service, which was extremely excellent. Rooms wer clean and hygiene. All required facilities was provided to its best. Owners wer kind and helping in nature. Location is the best part of this property. I would recommend this property to everyone. I am speechless to describe about my stay at Mittal inn.
